Buddy Buys Florida LLC provides residential real estate buying and listing services in Port Saint Lucie, Florida and the surrounding Treasure Coast area, including but not limited to:

• Free, no-obligation property valuations and cash offer consultations
• Transaction coordination from contract through closing

We reserve the right to decline any property inquiry at our sole discretion, including properties outside our service area, mobile homes, or homes already listed with a licensed real estate agent.

3. Cash Offers & Property Inquiries

Submitting a property inquiry through our website or by phone does not create a binding agreement to purchase or sell any property. A cash offer, if extended, is subject to property review, due diligence, and execution of a written purchase agreement signed by all parties.

All offers are made in good faith based on information provided by the seller and our independent assessment. Final offer amounts may differ from any preliminary estimate and are subject to verification of property condition, title status, and other material factors.

We provide free, no-obligation consultations. There are no fees charged to sellers for receiving a cash offer.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Buddy Buys Florida LLC at the number provided.

When purchasing your property, we are acting in our own interest as a buyer. You are encouraged to consult independent legal or real estate counsel before executing any purchase agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total consideration paid in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of use, arising out of or in connection with our services or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Your Representations

By submitting a property inquiry or entering into a transaction with us, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the property or have authority to represent the owner
• All information you provide about the property is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• The property is not subject to any undisclosed liens, encumbrances, or legal proceedings that would prevent a sale
• You are not currently under an exclusive listing agreement with a licensed real estate agent for the property

8. Intellectual Property

All content on buddybuysflorida.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Buddy Buys Florida LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of St. Lucie County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
